The company can arrange finance on behalf of our customers, the company does not offer finance directly and as such is an introducer to various authorised lenders. The company charges 300 AED in respect of its services per banking institution. For the avoidance of doubt, if a client fails acceptance with the initial lender and asks the company to submit further applications with others lenders, the company shall charge 300AED per instance.

Deposits on vehicles are non refundable unless others wised agreed with any of the companies agents or officers. Upon a successful inspection and wish to proceed with a purchase by the buyer, a 10% deposit will be payable. The deposit shall be used to cover all fees incorporated by the company for its services towards the successful introduction between the buyer and the seller along with the company’s margin of profit. Should the buyer wish to discontinue with any purchase and in the instance a deposit has been paid for the companies services , any such deposit shall be non refundable except whereas the company at its sole discretion decides to credit back any such sums from any deposits paid by the purchaser.

In the instance where any monies paid by any purchaser should be deemed as refundable, all sums agreed by the company shall be returned in the format of the payment made by the purchaser. In the instance of credit or debit card payments, all returns shall be paid back via the credit / debit card supplier less any fees due in respect of the return payments. Agreed refunds shall be made within 10 working days of the companies agreement to refund such sums.

In order to bid in the auction, you need to pay the auction registration fee for the auction you wish to enter. Each auction will have a bidders cap of only 500 bidders per auction, once all bidder seats are reserved and registered, the auction will begin 1 hour after the final bidder registration. The bidder registration fee is Non refundable as it ensures you are guaranteed to be able to bid in the auction. This bidder registration fee can be added immediately via Credit / Debit card, Cash at the cash point or by bank transfer. Please go to My Account Area / My Money / Top up where you will be directed to these area’s of top up.The company needs to have cleared funds before you can reserve a place, the quickest way is by using a credit or debit card as your money is registered immediately.

When the final bidder registration is made, the system will send you an auction start time via SMS, PUSH Message ( only if you have the app) and email. Its important you monitor your phone and emails, as the auctions start immediately when stated, this could even be in the night time! The auctions are fast which is why you need to be online. Remember, the auction finishes in only 15 secs from the last register bid and that’s the person who will get the car and normally for a crazy low price !

Our Auctions are based on low bid amounts from 5 AED to 50 AED depending on the value of the car on offer. You may bid as many times as you like, at the end of each last bid, the auction will continue for another 15 seconds until no one bids again. If you are the winner at that time, the price you have bid will guarantee you the car, no questions asked, even if its 1000 AED and the car is worth 400,000 AED.

You will have to put the winning bid amount in your online account within 24 hours along with your ID in order we can compete the transfer to you of your new car. You will then be sent a location so you may come and collect your new car. It is important that cleared funds are received by the company for your purchase within the 24 hours, in the event the company is not in funds, your purchase will be cancelled and the previous bidder will be able to complete the transaction at the price they offered.

Yes, all cars are available to view, each listing will have the cars location and can be viewed in from 9am to 8pm each day. Each listed car also has a full inspection from one of our RTA qualified engineers. The reports are available to view within the brochure information which can be viewed on each listing.

Yes, the majority of the cars that we have inspected and and checked engine and gearbox come with a 1 year warranty (subject to warranty terms) along with a free oil service.

Our auctions are closed user auctions and are limited to 500 bidders only worldwide. Once the auction is fully subscribed, the auction and the bidders are locked in and the auction starts in 1 hour. Each very low bid starting from just 5 AED puts 15 seconds on the timer, when no one bids again, the last bidder gets the car, whatever the price, typically 10% of the was value ! The bidders a used to this way of bidding and want bargains so don’t push the price up to high if they can help it ! If the registration fee is made online through credit card, you will be registered and able to bid immediately once the auction starts to accounts@gosellcar.com. If the deposit is made through bank transfer or bank deposit, email us the transfer slip to accounts@gosellcar.com. Make sure to write down your username and mobile number on the slip & in the email. Until we verify your funds you won't be able to register to bid.

Yes, after 7 days the auction you are registered for it's not fully subscribed your registrations will be refunded withing normal banking hours less any banking or credit card fees.

You need to pay within 24 hours to secure the purchase and complete, if we do not receive payment, the vehicle will be offered to the previous bidder.
